RATES:
$140-$225.00 per night subject to taxes (8.25% state and 4% lodging)
All rates are based on double occupancy.
TERMS:
A two night minimum stay is required on weekends and holidays from May 1st to November 1st.
Check in time is from 3pm-6pm. Please call for a late arrival.
Check out is promptly at 11am, unless otherwise arranged. Storage is available for luggage on final day.
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations may be made by phoning The Porter House at (845) 677-3057, by e-mailing us at porterhousebandb@aol.com or by using our availability link which will take you to a reservations request page.
We require a deposit equal to 50% of the total bill in order to guarantee your reservation with the balance due upon checkout. If payment is by check, we must receive the check within 7 days to hold your reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel 14 days or more PRIOR to your reservation check in date your deposit will be refunded.. Cancellations less than14 days are handled under the same policy as long as we are able to rebook the room. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations less than 3 days prior to the check in date We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, personal checks or traveler's checks.
SPECIAL EVENT GUARANTEE:
Due to limited area lodging for special weekend events from May-November, the required two night minimum stay must be guaranteed and non-refundable. Guests will be notified upon booking of these special weekend events.
NO SHOW:
If you do not arrive on your reservation date, your deposit will be withheld.
Debit cards, cash, personal checks, traveler's checks, VISA and Mastercard are accepted.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served from 8:00-9:00 a.m. Please notify us upon booking of any special dietary needs.
CHILDREN over 12 are welcome.
