RATES:
$140-$225.00 per night subject to taxes (8.25% state and 4% lodging)
All rates are based on double occupancy. An Aero-bed is available upon request.
TERMS:
A two night minimum stay is required on weekends and holidays from May 1st to November 1st, unless otherwise approved.
Check in time is from 3pm-6pm. Call for a late arrival.
Check out is promptly at 11am, unless otherwise arranged. Storage is available for luggage on final day.
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations can be made by phoning The Porter House at (845) 677-3057, by e-mailing us at porterhousebandb@aol.com or by using our availability link which will take you to a reservations request page.
We require a deposit of a 1 nights stay in order to guarantee your reservation with the balance due upon checkout. If payment is by check, we must receive the check within 7 days to hold your reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel 14 days or more PRIIOR to your reservation check in date your deposit is refunded minus a $25 handling fee. Cancellations less than 14 days are handled under the same policy as long as we can rebook the room. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, personal checks or traveler's checks.
NO SHOW:
If you do not arrive on your reservation date, your 1 nights stay deposit will be withheld.
Debit cards, cash, personal checks, traveler's checks, VISA and Mastercard are accepted.
CHILDREN over 12 are welcome.
